The Government Program Manager develops a Statement of Work (SOW), Government Estimate, and secures necessary funding.

The Government Program Manager chooses STC, Inc. to perform the work and submits a procurement request to their Contracting                Officer.

The Contracting Officer prepares/submits an Offer Letter to STC, Inc.'s SBA Business Opportunity Specialist (BOS):

SBA confirms eligibility of STC, Inc. and authorizes requirements. 

The Contracting Officer sends STC, Inc. a Statement of Work (SOW) and Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ).

STC, Inc. submits proposal to the Contracting Officer, and Contract Specialist to be evaluated and negotiated (if necessary).

The contract is awarded to STC, Inc.

STC, Inc. signs contract award documents, and the contract period of performance begins on the date specified.
